The hill of the Relais has an old history .Its original name was Podere Poggio Forno , in Castel Viscardo’s country; it was an old farm where grapes and olives grew from the beginning of the XX century. Till now high quality wines (doc) and good oils (dop) are produced in the area ( olive oil is produced also in the property by our 230 olive trees ) . In the ’80s , and for many years to follow , in the house there was a typical well-known restaurant.
The restoration of the house was finished at the end of 2012: original old materials of the area were used for the exteriors and interior rooms were finished with high quality materials as decorated ceilings , antique stucco painted walls , painted doors and boiserie .
The scenic infinity pool ( about 180 sq.mt), with hydromassage , was finished in 2013 and it doesn’t yet appear in the aerial fothos (which were taken some years ago)
